When you enquire

We use the contact details and project information you provide to respond, discuss your brief and prepare a possible engagement. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

Online enquiries are processed by Formspree and delivered to our studio mailbox. Formspree may retain a submission in its dashboard, as well as sending an email. Our website and email providers also process information needed to operate these services. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for information about its processing and international transfers.

Optional analytics and advertising

If you accept optional tracking, Google Analytics helps us understand website visits and Meta helps us measure advertising. These services can process online identifiers, device information and visited pages. We do not send enquiry text, names, telephone numbers or email addresses to these tracking services. We use consent as the basis for optional tracking.

Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us. Use “Cookie choices” to change or withdraw consent; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. A necessary preference cookie remembers your choice for up to six months. Protected previews do not load production analytics.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle your request, manage a resulting client relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of your information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request restriction or portability, or object to processing.

You can raise a concern with us or with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Hosting and external links

Hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. External links, including Instagram, have their own privacy policies. Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-transfer arrangements.
